個人簡歷

譚智楊大律師當年以全級第一名的成績獲得法律學士學位,及後赴笈英國牛津大學修讀法律碩士學位,並獲選為班級代表。

譚大律師的執業領域專注於民事法及商業法,特別是涉及刑事成份的案件。在處理審訊、仲裁及緊急禁制令申請方面,譚大律師擁有親豐富的親身實戰經驗。譚大律師亦從事公共及行政法,包括為法定團體就草擬及釋讀法例的議題提供法律意見。

他參與過的案件包括:代表華懋慈善基金就針對其串謀以非法手段造成傷害的指控成功作出辯護、代表華潤置地有限公司驅逐示威者,以及代表華人廟宇委員會就一宗司法覆核案件作出答辯。
