谭智杨大律师主要执业范围包括商业法及公司法诉讼和仲裁,特别是涉及刑事成份的案件,包括商业犯罪案件及证券规管事宜。他经常代表跨国公司、上市公司、高级行政人员及股东在复杂案件中出庭及提供法律意见,包括华润置地及上海歌斐资产。

谭大律师富有亲自处理审讯及仲裁的实战经验。最近,他亲自代表华懋慈善基金就针对其串谋以非法手段造成伤害的指控成功作出辩护。他还就申请紧急禁制令方面拥有丰富的经验。

谭大律师亦从事公共及行政法和专业纪律事宜,特别是代表病人处理涉及医疗失误及医学法案件。
