梁先生 于 1992 年在香港取得执业律师资格,主要专注于民事诉讼,涵盖广泛的案件,包括人身伤害及僱员补偿案件(代表原告人和被告人均有)、离婚、楼宇买卖、买卖双方传票以及资产冻结令。作为辩护律师,他曾参与第 14 号命令申请、有争议的监护权和赡养费诉讼、人身伤害及僱员赔偿案件、以及超过 50 宗裁判法院刑事案件的审讯。
梁先生 于 1995 年加入当时律政署刑事检控科担任检察官。在刑事检控科工作的 25 年里,梁先生几乎涉猎了检控工作的各个方面,并在为刑事案件提供法律意见和检控刑事罪行案件积累了极丰富的经验。 梁先生 尤其擅长在各级法院处理审讯和上诉的工作。他曾检控约30宗陪审团审讯的案件、大量区域法院和裁判法院审讯的案件、以及超过500宗刑事上诉案件。
梁先生处理的许多案件涉及多名被告,并涉及複杂的事实争议和法律议题。他的专业领域包括证监会案件、贪汙、商业诈骗、网络犯罪、数位证据、人权法和宪法争议、刑事上诉、刑事案件量刑复核和刑事案件讼费的案件。
梁先生 于 2015 年获委任为资深大律师。 2017 年,他被任命为律政司刑事检控专员,领导刑事检控科整个团队,任期至 2020 年。
梁先生 于 2022 年开始私人执业。他继续处理审讯和上诉案件,并为被告和受害人提供专业法律服务。
梁先生 连续三年(2023 年、2024 年和 2025 年)被《道尔杰出刑事法律大律师指南-香港》评为「推荐资深大律师」。
梁先生 多年来一直在香港大学教授刑事诉讼和辩护课程。他是香港律师培训委员会 (Advocacy Training Council) 的大律师学徒讼辩课程和刑事检控培训课程的常任讲师。 梁先生也曾在伦敦、汶莱、都柏林、斐济和南非的律师培训计画中担任讲师。
