彭浩原 大律師

專業經驗

彭浩原大律師於2017開始獨立執業，並擁有涉及廣泛的訴訟業務。他的業務涵蓋了所有級別法院的諮詢和訴訟工作。 他是大律師公會余叔韶紀念獎學金得主，並且被國際知名法律評級機構《法律500強》（2023年、2024年）和《Doyle’s Guide》（2023年、2024年、2025年）分別評為刑事法領域的「新星」、「領先大律師」及「傑出大律師」。他亦曾經被香港高等法院上訴庭在刑事上訴案件中委任為法庭之友。

在他的民事訴訟業務中，彭大律師代表客戶處理在土地、僱傭、誹謗、人身傷害和一般商業等領域的訴訟。他亦會代表客戶申請和抵制緊急禁制令。

除了訴訟業務外，彭大律師亦代表專業客戶參與由監管機構（包括地產代理監管局、香港護士管理局和保險業監管局）進行的紀律調查和聆訊。 他亦曾經受香港證券及期貨事務監察委員會等監管機構的委託，就刑事案件提供法律意見。

彭大律師目前擔任香港大律師公會執行委員會委員及刑事法律與程序專業委員會的成員。 自2020年起，他開始擔任香港刑事法典藉《Archbold Hong Kong》的特約編輯。於2023年，他受《全球調查評論》委託，出版了香港特權法的首個章節。
