PRACTICE
Brian is developing a broad practice, with a particular focus on criminal matters. 

Brian has been regularly instructed to appear in all levels of courts. His practice covers trials, appeals and ancillary matters. His role includes both being a led junior and a sole advocate. 

He has solid knowledge and experience in a wide range of areas including ICAC matters, money laundering, dishonesty crimes, immigration offences, use of personal data, dangerous drugs, employment and traffic offences. His practice also includes rendering advice at the investigation stage. He is equally competent and experienced in handling departmental summonses and regulatory offences

Brian also accepts instructions to conduct legal visits in police stations, immigration offices, ICAC headquarters and the Customs and Excise Department. 

On the civil side, Brian has experience in personal injury, building management, land and tenancy disputes, companies and commercial fraud. He has been instructed to represent clients at trials and interlocutory hearings.
