Billy joined Chambers upon successful completion of his pupillage with Mr. Alan M.S. Ng, Ms. Catherine K.K. Wong, Mr. Kevin Hon and Mr. John Marray. He is developing a broad practice in both civil and criminal matters and accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work. He is capable of providing written submissions and conducting hearings in both English and Chinese.

On the civil side, Billy has worked on a wide range of matters including contract, company, insolvency, bankruptcy, tort, land, trust, construction, family, employment, competition, intellectual property, money lending, personal injuries, professional negligence and injunction applications. Billy also has experience in arbitration and mediation.

On the criminal side, Billy has experience in cases involving commercial frauds, theft, drugs, traffic offences, sexual offences, violent crime and industrial summons.

Billy has appeared in the High Court, District Court and Magistrates’ Courts in his own right.

Billy is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
